Sharing is easier

1. I've added share buttons on the kit dashboard for sharing your kit page and sharing your posts. 
2. Now, when you create a post, it'll redirect you to that post in the dashboard for easy viewing and sharing.
3. When you share, each post and kit page will include a share image automatically.
